Hi, I’m Hannah Watton.
Welcome to my Wholistic Wellness space! I’m a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and passionate foodie on a mission to help you feel your best from the inside out. At 25, I’m a proud mother of two beautiful Anishinaabe girls. I had the privilege of birthing both of them naturally and unmedicated, while also teaching yoga throughout both pregnancies. My journey into yoga began in middle school, originally for flexibility and physique, but it quickly transformed into an oasis of peace and healing in my life. Yoga has been my anchor, supporting me through anxiety, gut issues, pregnancies, and recovery.
My personal and professional journey is deeply influenced by my parents, who had me later in life, sparking my interest in longevity and aging-well. I’ve dedicated myself to studying these areas so I can help others live long, healthy lives — and to ensure my parents are around for many more years, enjoying good health. My partner is a Jiu-Jitsu and dance enthusiast, and together, we constantly explore ways to keep our bodies and minds strong.
As a yoga teacher and personal trainer, I’m excited to offer coaching, online programs, and in-person classes, all designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your wellness goals.
